At PG Willey & Company we like to keep things simple for our customers. Our two delivery options give you a choice. We take care of the rest.
Option 1 - Automatic DeliveryAutomatic delivery eliminates the need for you to schedule oil deliveries. Let the experts at PG Willey do the work for you. How do we know when to deliver fuel?Our staff continuously monitors the local climate (Degree Days) and we have a history of your homes fuel usage rate (K-Factor). Our computer system uses these variables and the size (capacity) of your tank(s) to estimate the amount of fuel in your system at any given point in time. We have built in safety margins which keep your home warm for a minimum of one complete delivery cycle, and usually two delivery cycles. See our standard delivery schedule and map in our information section for details. 24-Hour Emergency Service applies for fuel delivery. ImportantAutomatic Deliveries will continue after the expiration date of a Fuel Contract . Fuel will be billed at the current Retail Rate unless a new Fuel Contract has been established. This is our default policy which has been instituted to avoid customers experiencing fuel outages. A friendly reminder of this policy will be mailed near the close of the heating season (early May). Option 2 - Will CallYou call in your request for delivery. Please specify fuel type and amount at time of Will Call request. A minimum order of 100 gallons is required.
Please note that our standard delivery schedule applies. 24-Hour Emergency Service does NOT apply for Will Call fuel deliveries. 24-Hour Emergency Service is available for a fee.
